How can this be done:
1. we need to know url for the Dynamics2011
and you need to be a user of Dynamics2011. Then we install this program on your computer.
Then you can use this to answer the Call. And if you add emailaddress on your contact in Dynamics2011 you will ofcourse get presence status and click to call aswell.
So if your customers are federated, well then you will get presence status on them aswell.
